Marketing & Office Administrator

St Raphael Resort & Marina is looking for a new associate for the position of Marketing & Office Administrator to grow with us.

 

Job Overview

The new member of Administration & Marketing department will provide clerical and administrative support and will carry out secretarial duties and co-ordinate and implement procedures in the Executive and Marketing offices, in the most efficient and effective manner.

 

Main Responsibilities & Duties

  • Secretarial and organizational skills.
  • Must speak and write English and Greek very well. Knowledge of another language will be considered an advantage.
  • Computer literate and familiar with Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of digital tools like canvas. Amazon tools etc. will consider as advantage. 
  • Graduate of a Hotel Management school will be considered an advantage
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in similar position
