Appointments
We recommend contacting us in advance to book your spa or hair salon appointment and secure your preferred treatment time prior to your visit.

Treatment Policy
To ensure a seamless experience for all guests, please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time. Late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment duration as a courtesy to the next guest; however, the full treatment price will still apply.

Cancellations
We kindly request 24 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged at the full treatment price, applied to your room account or credit card.

Comfort
Guests with spa treatments are provided with complimentary towels, robes, and slippers.
Hotel guests and members receive complimentary towels for swim visits.
Please note that swimwear is required in all wet areas.

Privacy
To maintain a tranquil environment, we kindly ask all guests to respect the privacy and serenity of others by speaking softly and switching off mobile phones.

Spa Gift Vouchers
A perfect way to spoil a friend or loved one. Spa Gift Vouchers can be purchased from the spa reception for a variety of different amounts and treatments.

Seasonal and Special Treatments
Please speak with our therapists about seasonal or bespoke treatments that may be available and tailored to your individual needs.

Healthy & Wellbeing
For your safety and comfort, please inform our team if you:

• are pregnant

• suffer from muscle or joint injuries

• have varicose veins or broken capillaries

• have sensitivity to iodine

• are taking photosensitive medication

• have heart disease, hypertension, thyroid conditions, or any other medical concerns

Some conditions may be contraindicated with certain treatments.

Day Passes
Day passes are available for non-members at €35 per person per day and may be purchased at the spa reception.
Please note that this facility may not be available during certain periods of the year.
