Nutrition Analysis

Nutrition Analysis

Nutritional Analysis refers to the process of determining the nutritional content of foods, analysing your Protein, Carbohydrates, Fats (Macronutrients), and your Vitamins, Minerals (Micronutrients), liquid and calorie intake.
Nutrition Analysis

Nutritional Analysis is commonly used by nutritionists and dieticians to assess the overall nutritional status of a client.

  • It is a useful tool to look at your dietary habits, quality, type and amount of food and liquid intake.
  • Whether the sources of food are beneficial or detrimental to your health,
  • If you are getting sufficient or insufficient levels from the above-mentioned categories, and consequently how these may support or harm your general health and wellness.

The Nutritional Analysis that I use is a scientifically backed report using Nutritics software. It is based on your 3-day food diary analysing your macronutrients, micronutrients, vitamins, minerals, and liquid intake for your age, weight, BMI, and activity.

Depending on the results of your Nutritional Analysis, you may decide you want to go one step further and improve your results by making beneficial changes to your dietary habits and Lifestyle. Recommendations for change would require further assessment.
