ST RAPHAEL RESORT CLOSING 17 MARCH – 30 APRIL 2020 AFTER GOVERNMENTAL DECISION DUE TO CORONAVIRUS
Following up the latest updates in regards to the limitation of the COVID-19 virus, the President of Cyprus has announced new regulations which requires the shut down of all hotels in Cyprus. In such, St Raphael Resort will be closed as of Tuesday 17th March until Thursday 30th April 2020 included.
Our guests are top priority of us. As travelling currently is very restrictive, we would like to give you the best possible flexibility for your future travels. Below is an updated booking policy:
Existing Reservations
All reservations including the ones with ‘Non-Refundable’ policy that are booked between today and April 30th, 2020, for any future arrival date can be changed up to 48 hours before the scheduled arrival.
For amending your reservation, a credit note will be issued equal to the value of the reservation for future use within 1 year from the date of cancellation. Please note that rates for future dates may differ in such an extra payment may be required.
For cancelling your reservation, this will be free of charge for all reservations scheduled until 30 April 2020.
New Reservations
All reservations including the ones with ‘Non-Refundable’ policy that are booked between today and April 30, 2020 for any future arrival date, can be changed up to 48 hours before your scheduled arrival if the status quo of governmental restrictions changes.
For amending your reservation, a credit note will be issued equal to the value of the reservation for future use within 1 year from the date of cancellation. Please note that rates for future dates may differ in such an extra payment may be required.
For cancelling your reservation, this will be free of charge until 30 April 2020.
